About Jenny Simon

Jenny is a lifelong Beacher. She grew up here, and her closest friends are still the ones she grew up with.

She started in real estate 17 years ago as an assistant, with a design accreditation already behind her. It didn't take long to see how the two fit together. Sellers kept asking the same questions. What should we fix? What should we leave alone? What will buyers actually pay for? Jenny had the answers.

That mix of design and real estate made her a partner on one of the largest teams in East Toronto. But as the team grew, she watched clients get passed from person to person, with no one seeing the whole picture.

So she and her husband Shane, also a partner on that team, left to build something different. At Jenny & Shane, there are no handoffs. The person who walks through your home on day one is the same person who plans the prep, manages the trades, designs the staging and sits with you when the offers come in.

For sellers, that means a home prepared with a designer's eye and a plan built around what buyers in your neighbourhood want. For buyers, it means someone who can walk into a house and see what it could be, and what it would take to get there.
