• Step 1
  Initial consultation and market education

  We start with a comprehensive needs analysis so we understand what you are looking for. This includes a "drive around" your ideal neighbourhood and a test run of 3-5 property showings so you can get an idea of our style. Every buyer goes through an education phase. For some, it's as short as two weeks. Others it could be a year. We're right by your side, no matter how long it takes.

  Home search and selection

  We'll use our extensive local network and the most up-to-date search tools to find homes that match your criteria. Our local connections mean that you will have the opportunity to see homes that aren't yet on the market. We'll show you exclusive listings, and properties listed on MLS, helping you to confidently choose the best option.

• Step 3
  Offer and negotiation

  Once you select a home, we will run a full comparative market analysis to establish the correct value. We will help to craft an offer strategy based on the home's value, and your budget. We keep in contact with you through every step of the negotiation... right up until we get you the home.

• Step 4
  Closing process guidance

  We will guide you through the entire closing process, managing the details to ensure a smooth and succesful transaction. From mortgage brokers, lawyers and home inspectors, to phenomenal local trades, painters and fixer-uppers, we've got the team in place to help from closing and beyond.
