Back in 2019, we helped this family find the perfect Beach bungalow. It was everything they needed then: character, community, and room to grow.

But a few years (and a couple of kids) later, the space no longer fit the rhythm of daily life. It was time for something new—and our job was to help them leave well.

Prep That Paid Off

  • A strategic kitchen cabinet colour change

And with two busy full-time jobs, school drop-off, and a sick child in the mix—this family had their hands full.

The day before staging, Jenny and I stepped in to help with the finishing touches—packing the last few boxes and making sure everything was ready for our stagers and photographer. It was the final push to keep the listing date (and the plan) on track.
